Privacy Policy

La Cartouche (L'Agence TED) takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The data controller is L'Agence TED (Thomas Hervalet). Contact: thomas@lagenceted.com.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data needed to run the shop:

• when you place an order: your email address (to deliver the files and send the receipt) and the details of the products purchased;
• when you pay: your card details are processed directly by Stripe, our payment provider. They never pass through our servers and we have no access to them;
• if you contact us by email: your address and the content of your message.

We do not collect any sensitive data.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Delivering the purchased products and providing updates (performance of the contract);
• Invoicing and meeting our accounting obligations (legal obligation);
• Answering your questions and providing support (legitimate interest);
• Sending you offers or content by email, only if you have opted in (consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link).

4. Recipients and processors

Your data is intended for L'Agence TED only. It is never sold. We rely on technical providers (processors) to run the shop:

• Stripe: secure payment;
• Vercel: site hosting;
• Resend: delivery and service emails.

Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union; such transfers are then covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

5. Retention periods

• Order and billing data: 10 years (legal accounting obligation);
• Contact emails and support exchanges: 3 years from the last contact;
• Marketing email subscription: until you unsubscribe, then deletion.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as the right to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to thomas@lagenceted.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

7. Cookies

The site uses cookies and local storage strictly necessary for it to work (cart, access to your downloads). If audience measurement or advertising tools (for example the Meta pixel) are ever added, a consent banner will be set up beforehand, as required by law: no advertising cookie is placed without your consent.
